By creating an account, downloading assets, or completing a purchase, you agree to these LayerIQ terms and confirm that your use aligns with the commercial licensing model of the LayerIQ marketplace.
Each LayerIQ purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the UI Kits, Design Systems, Framer Templates, and UI Components in internal products or client deliverables owned by your organization. Rights are limited to the purchasing entity on layeriq.shop and do not extend to affiliates or third parties without written approval from LayerIQ.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share original LayerIQ source files, component libraries, or template packages in any form. LayerIQ retains all intellectual property rights to the assets distributed through layeriq.shop.
